Sending Materials for Transcription

Establish an Account

Before we can work on any of your projects, your must call our office manager and complete an intake interview.

Upload to our FTP Server

This allows you FTP access to our server to upload large quantities of files as well as large files, such as video, WAV, AIFF, MP3, etc., that cannot be transfered via email attachment.

Steps

After your intake interview, you will receive a username and password to gain access to your FTP folder
Select "Upload Files" from the menu
You can now Drag or browse to your files and place them in the upload area. Click "Send" to begin upload
